Summer House stars react to Daniel Oliveira’s exit

Dawn posted a gif on Instagram announcing that she will not be returning to the Hamptons next summer. Many of her colleagues wished her well in the comments section.
Although some fans speculated that Danielle saw the writing on the wall and decided to take a graceful bow, she claimed she was “pulling out” voluntarily. “I need to protect and prioritize the things that are most important to me — my company, my people, and of course myself,” she said.
Fans reaction
While some fans were supportive, others made it clear they wouldn’t miss her. Housemates Lindsay Hubbard, West Wilson, Gabby Prescod, Kyle Cook and Jesse Solomon sent love and well wishes. Other commenters were less affectionate.
One fan wrote: “You’re fun and no one is perfect. It’s a lot and I’m sure sometimes it’s not the way you want to be portrayed. We’re all messed up. No one on this show is better than the other. Good luck to you.”
“Thanks for the laughs, the awkward moments, and the angry times. You definitely added the drama the show needed,” one commenter wrote.
But sometimes, Danielle can seem like a bad girl. In one episode, she made Gabi cry and then refused to apologize to her, saying it was “stupid.” Many commentators mentioned the mistreatment of her friends.
“You’ve been a mess the past few seasons,” one commenter said. “I think that’s what I’ve really come out with. It’s okay, take some time to reflect on how you treat people, honey. Get some healing done.”
“Please use the time to reflect on the final two seasons of Summer House and the final season of Winter House,” another wrote.

Even though she’s leaving, Danielle still hopes to make guest appearances every now and then.
“However, as I am engaged this summer, you can bet that I will be cheering for another great season from my Summer House family,” the New Jersey native said. “OMG, SEASON 9 YOU GUYS!!!”
