According to a report published by the Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo, Athletic Bilbao presented the first football team’s shirt for the new season.

Little Williams did not appear in any of the photos showing off the shirt.

Athletic Bilbao chose a number of its stars, led by Iñaki Williams, Nicolas’ older brother, to showcase the new shirt.

The Catalan newspaper pointed out that not using Nicolas’s picture in the presentation of the new shirt paves the way for abandoning it before the start of the new season.

It is noteworthy that Barcelona star Lamine Yamal expressed his desire to play alongside young Williams at Camp Nou, and the management wants to conclude the deal in the coming days.

Williams’ market value is equivalent to 60 million euros, and the summer months will answer whether Barcelona can conclude the deal in light of the difficult economic conditions the club is experiencing.

Williams is 21 years old, plays as a left winger, and his contract with Bilbao expires in June 2027.
