Rachel Levis may add VPR executives to lawsuit over revenge films

Vanderpump Rules You may be trying to get past the scandal era, but Rachel Levis Determined to never forgive and never forget. Rachel may have left Pump Rules after her months-long affair with Tom Sandoval went public. But behind the scenes, she’s still in a messy legal battle involving Tom and Ariana Madix. Seriously, there’s a lot to unpack.

Rachel previously sued Tom and Ariana in a revenge porn lawsuit, accusing them of wiretapping, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She claims Sandoval FaceTimed a video of her “undressing and masturbating” without her consent or knowledge. Rachel then claims Ariana distributed and/or showed the recordings to other people. Now she’s adding more parties to the messy lawsuit involving the people behind the VPR cameras.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline, Rachel may be adding NBC Universal, Bravo, and Evolution Media to the lawsuit. Bethenny Frankel’s realistic assessment of all of this seems to have planted some sort of seed in her mind to try to bring down Bravo by any means necessary. We keep saying it, but this whole situation is really just a mess.

However, Rachel alleges that the production company and the network were somehow involved in the events and circumstances that led to [her] “It’s all very murky. It’s clear that the case won’t be dismissed as Tom and Ariana had hoped. This may be the first time in months that Sandoval and Ariana have agreed on something. Regardless, the next hearing in the case is set for July 11th.
