The former Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy stars have been ordered by a court to remain in their own separate areas of the house as they continue to coexist amid their ugly divorce and financial disaster. They even have a schedule for entering the main vault.
Last month, Kim again called the police to resolve a dispute with Kroy. She claimed Croy stole her cell phone and locked himself in the master bedroom — his domain.
Another day, another domestic disturbance, another police call at Kim and Kroy’s house
At this point, the Milton cops should know the layout of the house by heart. There is also footage of police visits in November 2023 and January 2024.
According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Milton police responded to a domestic disturbance call at Kim and Kroy’s family home in late April. It was again recorded on police body camera.
The report says Kim called 911 and accused Kroy of stealing her cell phone and then locking himself in the master bedroom. She explained that no physical violence occurred, but she still felt that calling the police was the right step.
Because there was a court order ordering them to stay inside their half of the house, Kim told officers that she could not enter Kroy’s room to get her phone, and that Kroy would not cooperate. However, she was unable to produce the court order when requested by the police.
The footage showed Kim lamenting their “terrible divorce” and accusing Kroy of going through her things.
“This is absolutely ridiculous. I deal with it every day. Screaming all day. Screaming all day. Losing his mind all day. Taking my belongings. I’ve had enough,” said an angry Kim.
The police tried to mediate with Croy, but he refused to leave the bedroom and denied that he had Kim’s phone. The policemen left without taking further action.
If Kim is tired of this whole ordeal, imagine how sick of the chaos she and Kroy’s four young children are enduring. The court ordered Kim and Kroy to fund the parents’ fitness evaluators, which has certainly added this latest incident to a file that should be quickly thickening.
