In a lawsuit filed in the New York County Supreme Court on May 23, April Lambros— A woman who says she met Combs when she was a college student in the late 1990s — accuses the music mogul of sexually assaulting her on four occasions, according to the allegation obtained by NBC News.

Lambrough alleges in court documents, according to the outlet, that Combs promised to be her mentor in the industry before displaying “aggressive” and “coercive” behavior. According to the lawsuit, after Lambrough met Combs in New York City in 1994, he sexually assaulted her on four occasions.

She alleges in the lawsuit that the first time Combs assaulted her was in 1995, according to NBC News, after Combs pressured her to drink alcohol once they met at a New York City bar. She went on to say that she felt “uncomfortable” after a few sips and was directed to leave in a car with Combs, noting that she was later assaulted while unconscious on a hotel bed.
