As a huge fan of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, I’m open to making changes;

As an extremist The Real Housewives of New Jersey Fan, I’m open to making changes, family feuds, and throwing couples in the pool. Not every season will be a hit, but I expect a lot from Housewives of the Garden State. The women of Bergen County and Morris County entertained us as if they were gladiators, the spectators having the power to throw rotten fruit.

There have been multiple storylines including Teresa Giudice and Joe Gorga prolonging the family feud for literally 12 seasons. We’ve seen Dolores Catania find love, lose it, and find it again. All while still being close to her ex-husband, Frank Catania. We’ve watched Melissa Gorga break free from the traditions of an Italian housewife and build a life that most people would envy. So, what do fans think of Season 14 so far? lets take alook.

Fans feel that Teresa is moving in suspicious ways

There’s no hiding the fact that Teresa has always been a thorn in her colleague’s side. Between not accepting responsibility for her role in the family fallout and really drinking her Kool-Aid, Trey needs a life coach, stats. There was some hope that Season 14 would show the mother of four changing her stripes, but after the latest episode, fans feel like we’re about to get Strippergate 2.0.

Teresa was called out by fans for acting “shady” and “annoying” via a fan-created Reddit thread. One follower wrote: “She, Melissa and Joe are so repetitive. Like what we get. But watching Teresa with Louie is so annoying. He’s so mysterious, everyone looks down on him, even Dolores but he doesn’t say anything.”

Lewis is the problem?

Viewers appeared to have lost sympathy for the OG, with one writing: “But Trey would be a fool and let another man use her and then act like she didn’t know shady things were going on.” Teresa’s story with Luis Ruelas feels like she’s currently being rehearsed. I mean, Trey wasn’t the first housewife he tried to date.

We all remember him trying to hit on Alexia Neopla. Between shady business dealings, hiring private investigators, and allegedly having Manila files on the rest of the cast, Louis brings Trey down. Historically, Teresa has not been a great judge of character. After Joe Giudice was deported, I think she was desperate to find love and stability. One fan said it best: Lewis is giving off “dirty John vibes.”

Although Teresa always feels like she’s being used in a storyline (and she’s not entirely wrong), recently leaked direct messages showed that both Trey and Jennifer Aydin were willing to go to any lengths to drag their team members through the mud. A fan account recently shared receipts showing Jennifer confirming that there had been a fight on set between Danielle Cabral. As Jennifer was exposed to more direct messages, she became angry, feeling like she had a sacred connection with the blogger. The same exposed blogger also claimed that Tre and Luis had planted things on their colleagues behind the scenes.

Fans were not happy with the revelations, one wrote on another Reddit thread. “Can’t these people find a real story?” Another viewer joked, “Am I the only one who feels like Jen has feelings for this girl or something because these texts are intense.” But viewers appear to be quite upset by Jennifer’s harsh attitude towards a child, with one fan noting: “The way she wraps her head around buying a ‘stroller’ for your special needs baby ‘awwwww.’

Without a crystal ball, I dare say season 14 might be the most dramatic for The Real Housewives of New Jersey. The ending scene showing Dolores sitting at The Rails’ dining table like a mob boss is everything. Margaret Josephs is on a vengeful tailspin, which especially sends me off after she finds out that Trey and Louis tried to sabotage her Walmart deal. So buckle up, kids; This season is going to be a bumpy ride.
