First, her ex-boyfriend, who must not be named, filed a lawsuit against her after the passcode he freely shared with her helped her find out about his affair. His deception shattered his carefully curated image, shocking her. Katie Maloney Zero. But now, Ariana has a second lawsuit, and Katie has a first lawsuit, filed by her ex-husband. Something about her Business partner Chef Benny Davide.

VPR Season 12 Must Be Filmed in a Courtroom
Ariana and Katie hired Chef Penny to help them create their menu. But during VPR Season 11 Episode 14, the girls revealed that they had already broken up. Chef Penny wanted to be partners, but instead, Ariana and Katie offered her a salary plus 10% of the profits at SAH. Chef Penny declined. Instead, she filed a lawsuit.
TMZ was the first to report that Benny had been sued. In the documents, Chef Benny claims that Ariana and Katie backed out of their business deal with Something About Her. According to Chef Benny, the girls promised her a 10% partnership. All she had to do was help them prepare for their grand opening.
Since they promised to do so, Chef Penny has done a lot of work behind the scenes, including trademarking and planning sandwich concepts. Chef Penny says Arianna and Katie agreed to pay her a monthly fee of $7,500 through January. After that, her monthly fee will rise to $10,000. However, Chef Penny now claims that Arianna and Katie deny that their partnership even existed. Hence her lawsuit.
Chef Penny says she has plenty of evidence to back up her claims, so she’s looking for a judge to help her uphold the terms of the agreement.
