Rachel Leves is considering a TV comeback with ‘A Competition Show’.
Rachel Levis Her exit from reality TV was somewhat surprising. Of course, most Vanderpump Rules fans could understand why she left. She was being vilified, and whether that was right or wrong, it would be hard for anyone to accept. But even though Rachel left the world of reality TV, she remained involved in the world of reality TV.
Her podcast Rachel Goes Rogue added some commentary to Pump Rules. As one of the most controversial reality stars of the 20s, her voice still carries a lot of weight in the Bravo space. So, the question quickly became, will Rachel return to reality TV?
Rachel’s Future With Vanderpump Rules
In a recent interview, Us Weekly asked Rachel if she would ever return to VPR. She said, “It would require fully paid therapy. I would need a therapist available and therapy sessions after every shoot! I don’t know if I see a path forward because this is not a healthy dynamic. I’m trying to protect my mental health and try to live an authentic life.”
Rachel said it was hard to watch former cast members talk about her without her there to defend herself. She cited the transition as another reason for her podcast. “So, in a way, I actually don’t need the show and I’m healthier without it. There are other ways I can pursue my spiritual purpose in life without the show. It was a complete chapter in the circle and it’s complete. I don’t see myself going back because there’s nothing positive coming out of it.”
As for her return to reality TV in general, she replied: “I can imagine myself doing a game show. I think that’s the limit. There’s something about anonymity and privacy that you only really appreciate when you lose that privacy. We can reevaluate in a few years and see what the next projects are.”
Vanderpump Rules is streaming on Peacock.
