Who knew we’d eventually look at the Summer House cast as costumes
Who knew we would eventually look at summer house Cast fashion inspiration? When the series first aired in 2017, the group was just regular people between the ages of 20 and 30 who might be shopping in stores where mere mortals exist. There was no doubt that they were more relaxed with their fashions. I loved the coastal chic feel of the linen in everything, the flowy summer dresses, and the khaki shorts.
But as the seasons pass, their taste changes dramatically. With many of the cast members becoming fashion influencers, it’s no wonder half of the viewers run out to buy the exact Zara shirt to wear. So, when it came to the reunions, it was no surprise that the group nailed each look perfectly. Some do better than others. Each cast member had their own moment. But here are my favorites.
Alex Wash
Although Alex Wach was nothing more than a one-hit wonder, the coach gave us phrases like “He’s the Honda Civic of men.” So he will always have a place in my heart. Usually, men come to reunions and are ignored because of their clothing. But during Season 6, Alex showed up and showed up. Hamptons style is known for its bright, pastel colors mixed with shades of lavender and ocean blue. Alex looked dapper in Steve Madden shoes, crisp white slacks, and a dinner jacket. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, and I was obsessed with the look.
Daniel Oliveira
I’m going back for this outfit, but Danielle Oliveira rocked it in her reunion look. It was all on display on the Watch What Happens Live stage, and while most of the cast missed the mark, Danielle raved about the glamorous old Hollywood look. I dare say I haven’t liked the outfit since. The app designer wore a soft pink bondage dress that sat off the shoulders. Danielle styled her hair into soft curls, which looked gorgeous. Danny, I’m going to need a little more of that look and a little more cowboy madness at this next meet, okay?
Lindsey Hubbard
This Season 6 reunion look screamed “let her go to me,” but damn, I couldn’t pass up this Ice Queen look. Lindsey Hubbard looked gorgeous in an icy blue dress that sparkled under the lights. Her makeup was less defined, her blonde hair was shiny, and she looked…happy. I miss this Lindsay so I hope she comes back!
I also wanted to give Lindsay an honorable mention for her season 5 jumpsuit look. The PR expert stunned as she wore a bright yellow jumpsuit with her hair styled. Once again, the color choice made her skin and face pop! The costume wasn’t as over the top as some other years and it worked well with the theme.
Paige Desorbo
Paige DeSorbo always looks amazing. But season six truly It blew me away with its neon beach vibe. The fashion influencer wore a cropped white shirt and a long, skintight yellow skirt that reached just above the ankles. Her wet hair complemented the tropical vacation mood she was on.
Kyle Cook
Kyle Cook, the joker of the group, has upped his game when it comes to the Season 5 reunion appearance. Before the mullet took over his entire aesthetic, Kyle gave it a good clean-up. For this reunion, the Loverboy founder wore a shirt pocket and square — so cool! Kyle was wearing navy blue chinos, a gray paisley dinner jacket, and a light pink button-up. I didn’t even hate his velvet shoes that he wore without socks. The man looked elegant. What can I say!?
