When the Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 trailer dropped, I spotted four

when Below the sailing yacht The trailer for Season 5 has dropped, and I’ve spotted four familiar faces within the set frames. Many of these characters completely shocked me, as this series has used the same captain for all five seasons so far. Likewise, when season 2 launched, we met the new head stew and her first assistant, and as expected, they both returned to star in season 5. As for the fourth familiar face, sadly it’s not our beloved chief engineer, who decided to take a break from filming this year, but someone many of us have seen on our screens before. while Chef Cloise Martin Brand new to Bravo, Season 5 of BDSY won’t be its first reality TV rodeo.

BDSY has featured many great chefs. And based on his resume alone, Clowes would be someone else. Cooking is in this man’s DNA. Unless his personality is an absolute killer, we can probably expect a strong showing from this new hire.

Chef Cloïs Martin first appeared in Man vs. Child: Chef Showdown Seasons 1 and 2

Man vs. Kid: Chef Showdown only aired on the FYI Network for two seasons. Even though this series arrived with a short shelf life, it was still fun to watch. As for the premise, the series was a cooking competition show that pitted professional chefs against budding prodigies. We first met Chef Clois in season one, but he was so talented and made for great television, so the network brought him back for season two.

Most often, children between the ages of 9 and 16 beat the professionals. Was this a theatrical series? maybe. But even so, these kids knew how to operate every machine in their stations, and for the most part, what they produced was far better than anything I could ever hope to consider as a fully-grown human being.

As for 14-year-old Clouis, his resume says he hopes to excel in the culinary industry as an adult. Therefore, he often forced “authority figures in his life to be strict with him.” At the time, “his signature dishes included[d] “Chicken piccata and citrus sautéed salmon,” which astonished me, because I have a son who is exactly that age, and he’ll never make it. Cereal for dinner, anyone?

Clowes’ skills were still developing when he first starred in the series. But even so, his talent was obvious. It’s been ten years since Clowes’s first encounter with reality TV. As a result, I’m eager to see how he progresses once he enters the ever-swinging kitchen of BDSY Season 5.

After Clowes finished filming with FYI Network, he returned to his self-taught studies and practices in Newport Beach, California. Then Chloe appeared on our screens again. This time, he was starring in Cook Your Way to Culinary School, a Rachael Ray special. The premise of this special is exactly what it sounds like, with the winner receiving a $25,000 scholarship to culinary school.

This series featured four culinary finalists. Each contestant had to show off their chef-like talents by preparing a meal in less than 40 minutes. Since reality TV series typically use overwrought storylines to help move their various chaotic storylines along, these aspiring chefs could only spend $40 at the grocery store on their ingredients. These days, that amount would buy you nothing, but fortunately for them, life was somewhat less expensive in 2018.

Unfortunately for Clowes, he failed to win the $25,000 scholarship. However, he received a smaller scholarship, which amounted to $5,000 in his bank accounts. Khloe also received various items from Rachael Ray’s merchandise line. Likewise, he gained more exposure through this one-off series, which earned him a second show (a third if you count both seasons in his first series) in a reality TV series.

Cloïs Martin now joins the cast of Season 5 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht

This October, Clowes will join the BDSY family. This next step makes sense, as after his first youthful performances, Clowes slipped behind the camera lens and began quietly working on board private yachts. He also started doing private chef parties at people’s homes. And by rich people I mean, home cooks are never cheap.

Cloyce is young, but already a well-diversified businessman. In addition to his culinary parties on yachts and inside private residences, Kluyev also has a third source of income. As Cloyce mentioned on Instagram, “You can also schedule cooking classes online or in person!” With ingredients listed as “citrus granita, lavender + pea flower syrup, and mint,” sign me up.

Despite Clowes’ skill, he will still face some difficulties this season, as the BDSY Season 5 promo proves. When Cloés first appears, we can see him expertly cooking one of his many dishes. But then, a female voice sounded like, “This guy is young.” Then Daisy Kelleher chimed in: “I think the chef is going to be a problem.”

Right after Daisy said this, the cameras panned to the dish Clowes was plating. It’s hard to pinpoint what he’s serving on his plate. It could be little apple pies, or maybe a pile of meat, or maybe he made a casserole dish that went sideways. But whatever it is, it’s a mess.

“We can’t offer that,” he pointed to Daisy. A man’s voice answered, saying: This is a weak position. Does this Clowes sound like a veteran reality TV star? Only time will tell.
