The British pop star released her sixth studio album in June – and Naughty It has become the defining cultural phenomenon of the summer.

But what exactly does it mean to be a naughty child?

Charlie summed up the nature of the “bratosphere” in a TikTok interview after the album’s release.

“You’re like that girl who’s a little bit messy and loves to party and probably says some stupid things sometimes,” the 32-year-old explained in a July 1 post, “who feels like herself, but maybe also has a meltdown, but she kind of loves to party.”
