Travis Mullen Drops Restraining Order Against Ex-Wife

Real Housewives of Orange County viewers just watched Travis Mullen moving out of the house he previously shared with him Gina Kirschenheiter.

Jenna told RHOC producers that she needed some space from Travis’ ex, Megan Mullen. Their situation was still so toxic that it was taking a toll on the couple. Short of a breakup, the budding realtor simply asked for some space and peace.

Now, it looks like Travis and Megan may be taking a step toward resolution, and RHOC fans are getting some context on what Jenna has been dealing with.

Travis and Megan Take Steps Toward Resolution

In Touch exclusively learned that a settlement has been reached in the legal dispute, with Travis agreeing to drop the temporary restraining order against Megan.

The former couple agree that “neither party will be under the influence of any prescription medications or illegal drugs while in physical custody of the minor children.”

Travis has the right to request a drug screening or test, and Megan has agreed to provide the results within six hours of the request. In return, Travis will “bear the costs of said screening/test.”

If Meghan fails one test, “her physical custody of the minor children will be immediately suspended and she must make restitution.” [Travis] “For the cost of the said examination/test.”

Travis can only request testing when Megan gains custody of the children, or once they return to their father. Jenna’s boyfriend must provide a valid reason for requesting testing, and it must not be to “harass” Megan. This agreement is valid for one year.

The duo confirmed that “both parties will encourage the children to spend time with each other.”

However, the only communication between Travis and Megan will be about the children via a court-approved app. The parents have agreed to refrain from making negative comments about each other, and “will not allow any third party to make such comments.”

The agreement states that “all communications between the parties must be polite, respectful and non-threatening, and both parties must behave in a mature and civil manner when minor children are present.”

As part of the agreement, the judge denied a temporary protection order issued in August 2023.
