Tom Schwartz is “finally” building his “dream” home in Florida
One could argue with that Tom Schwartz Still in transition after divorce. Following his split from Katie Maloney in 2022, the Vanderpump Rules star moved into an apartment. Tom Sandoval wanted Schwartz to be a roommate and the topic was discussed during the eleventh season of Pump Rules.
The co-owner of Schwartz & Sandy also revealed a personal dream of purchasing a cabin in Minnesota. Lots of unstable energy. But Schwartz is now revealing concrete plans for his future residency.
The VPR star may be “downsizing” in Los Angeles, too
Schwartz appeared on an episode of Balancing Act with Kristen Doute and Luke Broderick’s podcast.
“This is it… [a] A dream that I believe will finally come true. I have a property in Florida and will eventually build a home for my family there. I have this little pond. I’m very excited about that.
It will be an ongoing project while Schwartz continues to reside in California. Despite “cutting costs a little,” Bravolebrity is “thinking about downsizing” his living space in Los Angeles.
There is the option of moving in with Sandoval after all, while the Florida renovation continues. That would set Schwartz back $6,000 a month in rent.
“The optics of me moving in with Sandoval are not good for my personal growth and everything,” Schwartz admitted. But the final decision comes down to the monthly value.
“I’d rather give [Sandoval] “With some of my money, I have a little backyard, a pool, and I’m relaxing there while I build my house in Florida,” Schwartz said.
The VPR star certainly doesn’t want to hitch his wagon to Sandoval long term. But Schwartz sees the potential living arrangements as a last resort before one or both of them return to relationships.
“It definitely won’t be long term… I think it would be fun one last time before we get old, get married, have kids and, you know, maybe it would be fun to live together,” Schwartz suggested.
