In a statement released on September 24, their attorney told E! News, “We were proud to represent the OMG Girlz, Tiny and T.I., who had the courage to stand up for themselves and fight back against the intimidation and insults of a billion-dollar company with grace, perseverance and determination to protect their intellectual property and the rights of other creators.”
Thanks to T.I. and Tiny’s determination, “a great jury did the right thing by holding MGA Entertainment fully liable for trade dress infringement and unlawful exploitation of name, image and identity,” the statement added.
