Three weeks into Season 5, the newest installment of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City

Three weeks into Season 5, the latest batch of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Logos are finally here! I’m not sure why the Real Housewives of New York logos got a major preview before the premiere, when we had to wait weeks for RHOSLC, but alas. Were they worth the wait?

RHOSLC has, let’s say, unique History with logos. No Real Housewife has ever used a slogan against her in a court case the way Jen Shah has. This slogan was “The only thing I’m guilty of is being Shah Mazing!”

For Season 5, have any of the current Real Housewives of Salt Lake City given us a shocking tagline? How did newcomer Bronwyn Newport do on her first attempt? What was Mary Cosby’s first slogan in three years? Did Meredith Marks mention bathtubs again? Without further ado, here’s how we rank the RHOSLC Season 5 logos, from best to worst.

Lisa Barlow: “Tequila is my livelihood, and my lifestyle is always the best.”

The adorable kid does it again! Lisa Barlow won Best RHOSLC Logo Award for the second season in a row. And in my opinion, she may have a winning streak of the best taglines of all five seasons of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City so far. That’s a batting average on par with fellow Real Housewives Lisa and former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump.

It makes sense that Lisa from Salt Lake City is so good at slogans because they are forever quotable. Her confidence always shines through. This year, Lisa reminds us that she’s very proud of her tequila. This was the subject of one of Lisa’s early statements: “I’m sure other Mormons care that I own a tequila company, the point is that I don’t.” This logo is also perfect because the season opened with a party for her brand. What was the party…

Mary Cosby: “God is my shepherd, and you all look like sheep.”

Mary Cosby’s logo perfectly showcases what she brings to RHOSLC. This is pure comedy and absurdity. I’m not sure if this slogan actually makes sense. But it literally made me laugh out loud. Based on the comments on Bravo’s Instagram post, many RHOSLC fans reacted the same way. Tamra Judge even commented, “Mary for the win.”

The last time Mary got a crest was in season two. That year, she gave us…Interesting The first: “Do not come for me, or I will send Jesus after you.” It’s a slogan Real Housewives fans will never forget! Although her Season 5 logo is less shocking, it’s still uniquely Mary Cosby. You get extra points for originality.

Angie Katsanivas: “I may be in a sorority, but I’m Greek for life, baby!”

Angie Katsanivas’ presence in the opening credits has already gotten a lot of attention, as she’s holding the new snowflake in the middle. Her funny slogan shows that she’s earned this spot! Just like her new friend Mary, Angie thrives when she leans into her quirky sense of humor. As one commenter on the Instagram post said: “Tis the season for Mary and Angie. I don’t make the rules. God does.”

Naturally, Angie K’s Season 5 tagline shouted out her Greek heritage, which she’s extremely proud of. This season, for example, she’s wearing the Greek flag version of her now-signature giant sunglasses. No one can accuse her of being hidden.

I’m sure Angie knows about Watch What Crappen’s impression of her, which is screaming, “I’m Greek!” Because this logo is basically an evolution of this podcast segment. The way she tends to make jokes about herself is one of the things that makes Angie K a fan favorite.

Bronwyn Newport: “The only silent thing you’ll find in my wardrobe is my black card.”

So far, there are two main reasons why Salt Lake City’s newest Real Housewife Bronwyn Newport stands out from the pack. The first is that she loves high fashion – don’t call it costume! The second is that she is very rich. As in probably the richest Real Housewives of Salt Lake City to date. We recently learned that Bronwyn is Real Housewife Christian Siriano who will be wearing her clothes because she pays for the clothes.

Bronwyn’s stunning style caught her attention as soon as her casting was announced. It also provided the basis for her new communications within the group. She hooked up with Mary over fashion but was mistaken for Brittany’s boyfriend Bateman.

We’re only a few episodes into this season. But at some point, I hope we learn more about Bronwyn’s character beyond her sense of style. For now, this logo is somewhat fun and cool, but it’s not very memorable.

Heather Jay: “Don’t mess with me – I have the receipts, proof and screenshots”

On the one hand, you can’t blame Heather Jay for incorporating her most famous quote into the logo. “Receipts! Proof! Footage! Timeline!” He was everywhere after Season 4 of RHOSLC ended earlier this year. It was reported on both Congress and the White House Twitter account. Unfortunately, this also means that RHOSLC fans are now fed up with her.

To be fair, its ubiquity is not Heather’s fault. I imagine it would look weird if they didn’t incorporate the quote into their logo. However, this means that many viewers aren’t looking forward to hearing it every week of the season. This quote wasn’t the only iconic thing about Heather’s season 4 finale performance, so I’m sure there’s something else she could have come up with.

Whitney Rose: “On my medical journey, I always travel first class.”

Speaking of the tiring recovery journey, Whitney Rose (or as she says, The Hills) is back. Whitney is set to be the villain this season, going so far as to reach out to the group’s archenemy. You’d think she’d lean into the villain role, which might inspire some fun taglines. Instead, we get another nod to the hillbilly trek I’ve been talking about for years.

Another reason why this logo looks outdated is that it looks remarkably similar to one of NeNe Leakes’ logos. On The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 12, NeNe’s tagline was, “I’m on a spiritual journey and I still fly first class.” Yes, there have been over 100 seasons of Real Housewives, and who knows how many logos. However, it is surprising that no one has noticed this particularly striking similarity.

Meredith Marks: “I’m known for my bathtub, and this year I’m bathing in glory.”

There are a lot of reasons why Meredith is one of Bravo’s current greatest Real Housewives. But logos have never been its strong suit, and its entry this year was particularly weak. Unfortunately, it took last place in our rating. Sorry Mer, someone had to be there.

Yes, one of her stories this season is about bath bombs. However, mentioning her love of bathrooms again seems old and lazy. To put things in bathing terms, the water is cold. Our fingers are all upside down. It’s time to get out of the tub already! Dry off, put on a comfy robe, and get creative with something else.
