Teresa Giudice announces new solo podcast, Turning the Tables
Teresa Giudice You launch a new podcast amid a whirlwind of bad publicity. In fact, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star has been in a sticky spot with the press for a long time.
Season 13 of RHONJ made Teresa look bad, so to speak. Her husband, Luis Ruelas, certainly didn’t help her image. But mainly, fans were upset with Tre’s pride, a pride that continued into Season 14.
Teresa’s refusal to film with the stars has arguably damaged the show’s reputation beyond repair. And this is without mentioning the allegations of recent leaks. So, with all this bad press, it seems Trey decided it was a good time to start a podcast.
Theresa announces the mid-June podcast
On June 10, Teresa announced her new podcast via Instagram. “Hey guys,” she said to the camera. “I want to introduce you to my new podcast. It’s ‘Turn the Tables by Teresa Giudice’. I’m very excited about it.” The video then showed short teasers from the podcast, showing Louis talking with his wife across the table.
Trey then said: “Please rate, review and subscribe. And I can’t wait to continue this journey with you guys. We’re going to have so much fun! Love, love, love you guys. Mwah!” In the caption of the post, she told fans that the podcast will be released on June 12. “It’s time to see the real me!” She teased as well.
Commentators showed mixed reactions. Critics expressed the typical anti-Teresa sentiment. As one commentator said: “When there is no growth or accountability, it is difficult to support something that seems inauthentic.” However, other fans were very excited. Another commenter wrote: “I’m so excited about this. Do you look so comfortable and natural here? This suits you.”
Fans also couldn’t help but wonder what happened to Teresa’s previous podcast, Namaste B$tches, the last episode of which was released on April 10. Many commentators put forward different rumours. Maybe time will tell.
