Tamra Judge Reveals RHOC Producer Said He Was Watching Her Drink
Another day, another drinking story. Who calls the pot on the kettle? Tamra literally spent the entire 18th season counting every drink Shannon had. Interestingly, though, she didn’t share this information during filming. So what prompted Tamra to finally let the secret out now?
Tamra Judge says she ‘drank more than usual’ due to ‘stress’ of returning to RHOC
After a brief hiatus, Tamra is back in our lives riding a Harley Davidson on Season 17 of RHOC. Love her or hate her, she makes the show entertaining. It’s hard to believe Tamra would be afraid to return, but even veterans can get nervous.
Tamra decided to share her story of drinking more than usual during her podcast with Teddi Mellencamp. The close friends were talking about Caroline Brooks from The Real Housewives of Dubai. Caroline was a heavy drinker during season two, and the cast was concerned about her drinking. So much so that during the reunion, Talen Marie apologized for calling Brooks an alcoholic. Is anyone okay with Tamra doing the same to Shannon during their reunion?
Teddi brought up Andy Cohen’s involvement with Brooks. “Andy asked Brooks how she was mentally during the first half of the season,” she said. “I appreciated Brooks in that moment.” Tamra agreed, saying, “Yes, she did acknowledge the fact that she was drinking more than usual.”
“I was really surprised when Andy said the producers told her that,” Teddy said. Then Tamra decided to reveal the truth. “That must have been a problem during filming,” she said. “Last year, my first season, I was so stressed out because I was under so much pressure that I drank more than usual. I remember Luke saying, ‘Watch your drinking.’”
Okay, so Tamra may have listened to the producers last year, but this season she’s been dancing to Coyote Ugly. Maybe this revelation will inspire Tamra to show some compassion for Shannon, who’s still drinking, too.
