Talen Marie Defends Husband After RHODubai Drama
The last episode of The Real Housewives of Dubai The episode ended with the kind of argument that would resonate throughout the rest of Season 2. Unlike the charming husbands on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, men meddling in women’s business doesn’t seem like a good idea at all. Talin Marie Now, she’s having to defend her husband after the RHODubai drama. Bottom line: He “ran away.”
It all happened at Caroline Stanbury’s house warming party. Caroline Brooks was upset about Talyn’s friendship with Stanbury. The duo were also upset about Caroline’s “beggar” comment. It’s all about loyalty, after all.
Talin accused Caroline of “provocation and intimidation.”
When the argument between Talin and Caroline began, it escalated when Talin’s husband, Rafael Khanoyan, stepped in to defend his wife. His poor choice of words in telling Caroline to “shut up” led to Lisa Milan getting involved in the conflict.
Rafael led his wife out into the street, where the two women continued to shout at each other. Sarah al-Madani chillingly warned in a confessional interview that arguing in public could get you arrested in Dubai.
Now that the episode has aired, both women have taken to social media to defend their views. Talin was the most outspoken, having to defend herself and her husband. She posted a message on Instagram Stories.
“I would like to thank all the people who have reached out to me to advocate for and support me and my husband. Anyone who knows my husband knows he is one of the most patient, kind and loving people,” she wrote.
“When the bully continues to harass and insult your wife while also threatening her with physical statements like ‘I will throw my drink in her ugly face.’ There was a lot that wasn’t shown as well. My husband calmly removed me from the situation. He tried to calm Brooks and me down. He even told her she was his girl several times. She didn’t listen and continued to tease and threaten. Yes, he told her to shut up. But he walked away. We walked away together,” Talin continued.
Finally, the newcomer to Dubai agreed with the situation, concluding her speech by saying: “Neither my husband nor I support verbal or physical violence.”
Caroline said Ravi “made things escalate.”
Then in a post on X, Talyn made a more explicit statement denying any physical threats against Brooks. She also questioned Lisa’s involvement. Oh my, RealityTV shared screenshots of her account.
“Let’s roll the tape please. He told you to shut up. There was no physical threat to Lisa or you! Lisa just got herself into something that had nothing to do with her. You’re delusional. Production has seen this a million times too. After your bullying and threats of physical assault and trying to defuse the situation! As for the clothes, don’t worry about that girl, I’m saving them for the reunion,” the former professional singer wrote.
Caroline responded to Talin’s comments about her alcohol consumption and reiterated her claims that Rafael had made threats against her.
“If you are an ‘alcoholic’ as Talin stupidly claimed, what is it? Don’t play with me Talin! Ravi didn’t have to ‘defend his wife’ and that was none of his business and he threatened to have sex with Lisa! Now that means defending your wife, a threat that made things escalate even more once we left. I got over it because we held out but he threatened and I defended myself,” she posted.
“And I will never wear her closet because she doesn’t have one. She either borrows her clothes or returns them (if they’re not fakes),” Caroline continued, referring to Talyn’s sarcasm about lending her closet. “I own all my clothes, shoes, bags, and accessories. I want to see Talyn’s closet please and I want her to show me an item she wore on Real Housewives that she either lent me or gave me… I’ll wait.”
