Simone Gubadia responds to Porsha Williams’ emergency order

It was another busy day for the unlucky lawyers assigned to deal Porsha Williams And Simon Gubadia Divorce. The whole situation is becoming increasingly hostile, and Porsha is trying to fight for her right to film The Real Housewives of Atlanta wherever she wants. Simon and his lawyers are fighting tooth and nail to prevent this from happening.

The chaos started when Simon threatened to sue RHOA producers if they tried to film Season 16 in the military home he shared with Porsha. At the same time, she filed an emergency order in hopes of convincing the judge to give her the green light to film. She wanted the courts to understand that filming in her home was a big part of her job.

The whole thing looked like watching a tennis match, and now, Simon has put the ball back on Porsha’s side of the court.

Simon doesn’t think there’s an emergency

According to Radar Online, Simon responded to Porsha’s emergency order by saying there was “no emergency” at all. He wants to ignore his wife’s request because she came to court “with unclean hands.”

“Petitioner fails to prove the existence of an emergency,” one attorney wrote. “Petitioner commenced this divorce action on February 22, 2024, but waited 3 months before filing her ‘emergency’ motion on May 20.”

According to Simon and his lawyer, Porsha does not need to film RHOA in the marital home. Do you remember Porsha Palace? Simon and his legal team believe she should be filming there.

We’ll keep our eyes peeled to see if the judge rules on this matter. Previously, Judge said that this RHOA filming fiasco should be resolved at a later date. The first priority is to finalize this divorce.

TELL US – Do you think Porsha should be allowed to film in the house she shares with Simone, or should she go back to Porsha’s mansion?
