Shannon Beador’s DUI Effect on Tamra Judge

The two were close friends. As Real Housewives of Orange County fans, they seemed like Bravo giants. So it came as a real shock when Tamra suddenly canceled the Tres Amigas tour. Tamra felt Shannon needed time to think about what she had done.
Plus, this wasn’t going to look good, given the amount of alcohol being consumed at the live show. But Shannon was understandably upset that Tamra had pulled out. People began to wonder if Tamra was being too hard on Shannon. More broadly, fans wondered if Tamra was a good friend to Shannon.
Tamra points out that Shannon’s claims are not credible.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Tamra described herself as “Shannon Beador’s best friend ever. That’s the problem,” she explained. “She knows that I know too much, and she’s so scared, like, that I’m going to ruin her reputation and make her look bad, which is just horrible. It’s just horrible.”
“You know, she wants to lie to me to make me look bad. I had to lie to her to make her look good for years,” Tamra continued. However, Tamra admitted that it would be “hard for viewers to see” her friendship with Shannon. According to her, fans won’t see all the good Tamra did behind the scenes.
Tamra insisted that she was there for Shannon, that she was crying on the phone with her, that she was having difficult conversations with her, saying, “This is a wake-up call.” Despite their strong relationship, Tamra warned, “You have to be careful with Shannon Beador.”
As Tamra explained, “She’s very good at her soundbites, at convincing the audience and the viewers to believe that something is happening that it’s not.” Tamra also said that Shannon was “good at playing the victim.”
