It’s all part of a legal back and forth, as Simon tries to convince the courts that he doesn’t need to abide by a prenuptial agreement. Porsha responded, trying to convince the judge that his demands were hurting her career. The latest court documents show that her mission is not going well.

Radar Online has the details on the latest developments in this never-ending chaos. According to court documents, a judge ruled that the courts would not interfere with whether or not cameras can roll into the home. Instead, they must wait for a court to decide whether their advance agreement is enforceable. Basically, the judge knows that these two have bigger fish to fry.

“The parties raised the issue of whether the terms of the prenuptial agreement permit or prohibit photography/recording in the marital residence,” the court filing said.

“Since this matter was not formally noted at a hearing on the substantive issues surrounding the prenuptial agreement between the parties, the court reserves these issues for later determination,” she continued.

RHOA producers will not film at the house until the court gives the green light. So, this latest ruling means Porsha still won’t be able to film Season 16 at her home. However, it wasn’t all bad news for Porsha. The judge confirmed that she still had exclusive access to the home. In addition, Simon needs to give her a written warning before the visit.

“Neither party may enter the home of the other party without prior written consent (text message or email is sufficient). If a spouse needs to retrieve additional personal belongings from the marital residence, the spouse must request this in writing through an attorney at least 24 hours in advance, He is allowed to recover his personal property at the time and date agreed upon by both parties, according to the court documents.

Meanwhile, Simon is still on the hook for his house payments. This includes the mortgage, utilities, and even landscaping costs. He’s pouring a lot of money into a house he can’t reach. Banning RHOA from filming inside the property seems to be the only thing he has control over now.
