Report: Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky in No Rush to Divorce

A lot can happen in one year. However, aside from Mauricio moving out of his Beverly Hills mansion with Kyle, they seem to have remained very involved in each other’s lives. Both fans and fellow Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars have expressed confusion over Kyle and Mauricio’s hesitation in making a final decision.
Now, a source has revealed that Kyle and Mao plan to continue taking their time to figure things out. Divorce is not a priority at the moment.

A few months ago, Kyle made it clear that she, Mauricio, and their four daughters planned to stay close. Last week, they all got together to celebrate Mao’s birthday.
According to a source who recently spoke to PEOPLE, Kyle and Mao want to move forward as independent individuals. However, they are still trying to find the right balance for their family.
The source explained that the couple are “working out how to establish their individual lives while staying connected as a family.”
“After being in a routine for decades, they had a lot to figure out as they navigated their new normal,” the source continued. “Going through the separation was hard enough that no one was rushing to get a divorce.”
Many wonder if there are other reasons why Kyle and Mao are hesitant to divorce. They did not sign a prenuptial agreement when they got married. Now, they have a large amount of wealth and assets to divide.
Others have speculated that Kyle wants to continue using the situation as a storyline for RHOBH. Either way, it seems like what they’re doing is working in their favor!
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is currently in filming. Season 14 is expected to premiere on Bravo in late 2024 or early 2025.
