Real Housewives of Orange County fans have been seeing Alexis Bellino since

Real Housewives of Orange County fans have watched Alexis Bellino Since her long-awaited return to the show, Alexis has been putting Shannon Beador in her place. She has made it very clear that she loves John Janssen and Anaconda. For fans who haven’t seen Alexis in a few years, she’s been living a lavish lifestyle since her divorce from Jim Bellino. But thanks to a recent settlement, viewers are getting all the tea regarding the exact amount of money she has in her bank account.

Alexis Bellino Laughs All The Way To The Bank

Jim and Alexis had been married for 14 years, but they were like oil and water. During their early days on Real Housewives of Orange County, the two seemed to live in a bizarre alternate reality. Alexis was the God-loving housewife and Jim was the boss man. Honestly, it was pretty gross. So when they officially split in 2018, the news didn’t exactly rock the Bravo world.

Recently, Alexis’ divorce settlement came to light thanks to In tOh, and the amount is huge. According to the documents, Alexis and Jim agreed to split joint legal and physical custody of their children. Together, they have three children: James and twins Miles and McKenna. Both parents also agreed to allow each other to weigh in on any major life decisions when it comes to the children. They also agreed to allow the other to have daily phone contact with all three children. The settlement states that “the custodial parent will not monitor the other’s phone calls with the minor children.” Jim and Alexis agreed not to make “derogatory or disparaging comments about the other in front of, in the presence of, or within hearing of the minor children.”

Jim agreed to pay Alexis $6,000 a month in child support. But the former TV host also had some other notable wins. Although the child support will end once each child turns 18, Jim is also currently sending $6,000 toward the children’s medical insurance. But Alexis stipulated that she would take out the insurance coverage if Jim couldn’t.

Alexis is making a huge profit as Jim also agreed to pay an additional $10,000 per month in spousal support. The payments began on August 1, 2018. The payments will continue “thereafter until the death of either party or other order of the court, whichever occurs first.” Interestingly, there is no mention of whether or not Alexis will remarry. Jim was also required to take out a $2.5 million life insurance policy with Alexis as the primary beneficiary. According to the settlement, the policy is to remain in effect as long as Jim pays spousal support. Honestly, it’s a wonder he can afford to do anything else with his life. However, Jim did win the San Juan Capistrano, California home.

Jim also won a house in Dana Point, California, multiple bank accounts, all of the stocks, bonds, and cars in his name, jewelry, artwork, and his businesses. But Alexis seems to be living her best life with what she got. All I want to do now is embody Jennifer Coolidge from Legally Blonde when she said, “I’m taking the dog, you idiot.” Alexis got a different house in San Juan Capistrano, California, all of her jewelry, all of her designer handbags and purses, and a lump sum of $250,000. Jim even agreed to take on all of Alexis’s home debt, taxes, and American Express bills.

Even with all this division of assets, Jim and Alexis have maintained a cordial relationship for the sake of their children. Recently, both parents attended James’ high school graduation and took pictures together. Alexis is clearly headed to bigger and better things in her life, and I have to assume that’s in part due to her massive divorce settlement.
