Rachel Lindsay responds to her ex-husband’s request to support his wife

She won’t give up without a fight! Bachelorette a star Rachel Lindsay Brian Abasolo responds to his wife’s request for support. It’s not that she doesn’t want to help support her ex-husband, but she doesn’t want to give him the huge amount of money he’s asking for.

According to the divorce papers, the couple announced they were separating on December 31, 2023, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. There was no prenuptial agreement, so the two were navigating all the legal business of trying to make their split official.

Once Brian filed a big request for spousal support, Rachel hired a famous divorce attorney to help him hold him accountable. Now, in a recent court filing reviewed by TMZ, Rachel and her legal team have made their terms more clear. Brian must not receive more than $9,882 per month in spousal support.

That’s obviously a big chunk of change for most people, but it’s a drop in the bucket for Rachel. According to court documents, she makes $61,019 a month. Meanwhile, Brian claimed he was only making about $1,600 a month as a chiropractor.

Rachel allegedly didn’t believe Brian’s claims that he was making that much money. She claimed he would get more money one way or another. After all, he drives a $50,000 Porsche.

To add more drama to the financial issues, Rachel claimed that Brian stopped paying his share of household expenses amid the divorce. It’s a mess in every way, and it all starts to make sense why Rachel had to hire such a divorce lawyer. This guy makes things difficult.
