Rachel Leves defeats Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval

She has filed a lawsuit against Ariana Madix And Tom Sandoval Because of engaging in revenge pornography, the judge allowed the case to proceed.

It all goes back to that fateful day when Ariana found pornographic messages on Tom’s phone. As legend has it, America’s favorite hated woman recorded what she saw on Tom’s phone and sent it to Rachel. That fleeting moment opened a can of worms that would haunt VPR stars for years to come.

The case is moving forward.

As previously reported, Ariana’s legal team strongly condemned Rachel’s lawsuit. They called it an “abuse of the legal process,” and claimed that Ariana did nothing wrong. They said that the only person she sent the recording to was Rachel. Further exonerating Ariana, they claimed that Tom quickly stole Ariana’s phone and deleted everything.

Ariana and her lawyers filed a motion to block Rachel from participating in the lawsuit. But the judge rejected the notion. Deadline has published details of the 19-page ruling by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Daniel Crowley, and it looks like Ariana could be facing an uphill battle.

“Plaintiff has conclusively demonstrated that Maddix’s alleged conduct in all three causes of action was unlawful,” the judge said.

“Madix’s conduct is not protected by the Anti-Public Participation Law because the alleged conduct was legally illegal,” he explained.

With the judge’s order, the case has been given the green light to go to trial. Unfortunately, that won’t be happening anytime soon. The court date is currently set for November 3, 2025. So mark that on your calendar.
