King Charles IIIHer sister continues to face health challenges after suffering a concussion at her Gatcombe Park home. As a result of the injury, Anne is no longer able to remember every detail of the accident, a royal source told NBC News on June 25.

Buckingham Palace announced on June 24 that the 73-year-old woman had been hospitalized in Bristol “as a precautionary measure for observation” following the incident at her country home.

Noting that “she is expected to make a full and speedy recovery,” the palace continued, “The King has been kept closely informed and joins the entire Royal Family in sending the Princess his warmest love and best wishes for a speedy recovery.”

Although Anne did not share details of the accident, her doctors indicated that her injury was consistent with an impact from the horse’s legs or head, according to the BBC.
