Oh baby! The Swedish royal family is about to get a little bigger.
Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia The Swedish royal couple are “delighted” to announce that they are expecting their fourth child, the Swedish Royal Court announced on September 2.
The letter continued: “Princess Sofia is in good health and the birth is expected in February 2025.” The court also noted that no changes are expected to be made to Princess Sofia’s public events schedule.
The little one will join the older brothers. Prince Alexander8; Prince Gabriel7; and Prince Julian3. Over the years, the royal couple have offered glimpses into their family’s lives, including birthdays, summer memories and holiday celebrations.
While Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia, who married in 2015, are called Their Royal Highnesses, their children do not.
