This Australian hockey player admits to making a mistake.

“I would first like to apologize for what has happened over the past 24 hours,” Craig said, according to the statement. Australian Press Agency“I made a grave mistake, and I take full responsibility for my actions.”
Craig, who won a silver medal with the team at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and also competed in Rio in 2016, issued a specific apology to his country and teammates.
“My actions are my own and in no way reflect the values of my family, teammates, friends, the sport or the Australian Olympic Team. I have embarrassed you all and I am truly sorry,” the 28-year-old added.
Paris authorities told E! News in a statement that Craig, along with the 17-year-old seller, were detained on the night of August 6 while making a purchase outside a building in the 9th arrondissement of the French capital. The drugs were seized and handed over to France’s drug brigade.
