Nick Viall avoids social media ‘to protect mental health’

Nick stopped by The LadyGang podcast to share why he’s been off social media. It seems Natalie was accused of cheating on Nick around the time they got engaged. “I don’t keep [social media]. I disconnected. “I’m really good at protecting my mental health and my family’s mental health,” Nick stated. “And I mean it when I say it, I love the work. I’ve always loved the work. The more I built the show, the less famous I wanted to be,” he added.

“You know, I chose this path… so I stay offline, I disconnect. I don’t read the comments,” Nick continued. However, Nick knows that there are rumors swirling around his life. “I know I don’t know more than 90 percent of it because I don’t read it,” he said.

Now that Natalie is co-hosting Nick’s podcast, The Viall Files, it’s opened the couple up to even more scrutiny. “Listen, I’m human. As much as I say to stay offline, I’ve had my moments of weakness. I’ve had to get better and better at it… You just have to move on,” Nick explained.

The couple held their wedding at Natalie’s family farm in Georgia on April 27, 2024. They tied the knot in front of 170 guests. Their daughter, River, was born in February 2024 and was a highlight of their wedding.

And it seems Nick loves being a dad. “I love everything about fatherhood, so I wouldn’t change a thing. It’s added so much more meaning and purpose and wonderful moments,” he said of welcoming his daughter.
