Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 15 Preview

Why wait to see the premiere of Million Dollar Listing in Los Angeles Season 15 When can you catch a glimpse of it now?

Josh Altman, Tracy Tutor and Josh Flagg are back in business selling multi-million dollar properties in Los Angeles. Or are they not? Inflation is hitting everyone’s wallets, and that’s hitting buyers and sellers, too. All those mega-mansions that sold like hotcakes in Season 14 have now been on the market for thirty days or more.

However, every member of the Million Dollar Listing crew has a plan up their sleeve to combat this situation.

A sneak peek at Season 15 of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles

On Bravo’s Quick Show, Altman, Flagg and Tracy lament the current state of the market. Not only are mortgage rates on the rise, but there’s a 4% tax on sales over $5 million and a 5.5% tax on sales over $10 million. Altman’s sales are down 25%, and Flagg predicts a recession is coming. Tracy bluntly says, “Sellers don’t want to sell… and it’s ruining our lives. The market is so bad.”

Yet this pessimism and despair does not stop the team from innovating. Tracy has expanded her services to Orange County and Texas, while Altman’s Newport Beach office makes up for the shortfall in Los Angeles sales. Flagg, a classic character, has done nothing to change that. He is happy to stick around in Bel Air and Beverly Hills.

Flagg opened up about his personal life, telling us that he went through a “bad divorce” last season. He also got into a new relationship very quickly, so he’s taking time away from himself to focus on himself and be more positive. And in case you were worried, Flagg isn’t everything.

He reassured us that he is still “arrogant, condescending, a little bit rude and a little bit crass.” He also looks his best. “I’ve cut down on alcohol, which I think makes my skin really glow,” Flagg added.

The state of the market also affects Altman’s personal life. Altman shared that this is a “tough market” so he “has no choice but to take every listing.” He added, “So I don’t have any extra time. And yeah, it’s 100% stressful on the family.” Part of that stress is expanding his business into Orange County. Altman joked about his Orange County business, “You better be good, or we’re in trouble.”

Tracy is also juggling her work, her soon-to-be-ending relationship with Eric Anderson, and being a mother to two teenage daughters. One is a high school senior, the other is a teenager. Tracy admits that she needs to do what she has to do to send the girls to college. That means she’ll be buying a property in Laguna Beach that has been on the market for over thirty days.

Drama is heating up among the MDLLA cast, and we can’t wait to see what happens next!

Season 15 of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles premieres July 10 on Bravo.
