Luis Ruelas may be the love of Teresa Giudice’s life, but he’s polarizing

Luis Ruelas He may be the love of Teresa Giudice’s life, but he’s a polarizing presence The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Initially, fans were hoping that Teresa would find love again after her divorce from “Juicy” Joe Giudice. In the end, Teresa’s marriage to Josie was unable to overcome their financial problems and periods of imprisonment.

So, viewers initially thought Lewis looked great. But later, he showed flashes of anger, and became deeply involved in the feud between Teresa and her brother Joe Gorga.

The fight was so bitter that Joe and his wife, Melissa Gorga, skipped Teresa’s wedding. Afterwards, Teresa severed her ties with the Gorgas. During the season 14 premiere, there seemed to be tension in Louis and Teresa’s marriage. Margaret Josephs then claimed that Louis had exhausted all of Teresa’s money.

So, this begs the question. How does Luis Ruelas make his money?

What Lewis does for a living has always been a bit of a mystery. According to his LinkedIn account, Lewis has “over 25 years of experience in the digital response marketing industry.” He has “mastered the ability to effectively increase revenue with anyone I work with while maintaining a strong sense of integrity, an honorable work ethic, and a witty sense of humor.” Maybe the humor part on RHONJ doesn’t translate.

Lewis was the co-founder and CEO of Interactive Marketing Solutions from January 2000 to August 2012. This company is a “direct response marketing company.” Interactive marketing solutions addressed the “needs, wants, and desires of direct response marketers.”

Then Lewis moved on. He was one of the founders of Digital Media Solutions, a media and marketing company. His LinkedIn profile lists him working at the company from 2012 to the present. But it seems that is no longer the case.

During the RHONJ Season 12 reunion, Lewis revealed that he was asked to step down. This was all due to the negative press resulting from his exit and the show.

TMZ reported in March 2024 that Lewis was involved in a new business called Vinivia. “This is a live streaming platform that will be launched on April 4, 2024, only for creators and influencers around the world,” he explained. “We will take control of TikTok.”

Just like Juicy Joe, Lewis has been involved in numerous lawsuits. Lewis’ company, Produce Depot, has been sued by several vendors, the US Sun reported. In March 2022, the company declared bankruptcy for the amount of $1,660,488.10.

Then, according to US Weekly, Digital Media Solutions was named in a lawsuit. In May 2023, Juanita Williams claimed that Lewis’ company, along with Choice Health Insurance, sent her telemarketing calls. It stated in the class action lawsuit that it was part of a “do not call” registry. She asked for $1,500 for every telemarketing call she received.

But there’s more, people! Lewis’ ex-fiancée, Vanessa Riser, then took out a restraining order in June 2023, claiming Lewis was harassing her. Vanessa, a psychotherapist, alleged that Lewis hired private investigator Bo Dietl to hire an undercover agent to pose as one of Vanessa’s “patients.” Just to harass and stalk her

Then Lewis responded. He sued Vanessa for a cool $5 million in damages for tarnishing his reputation, which was “irreparably damaged.” “Ruelas believed Riser was revealing confidential information to patients and Real Housewives of New Jersey (RHONJ) cast members to use against him and his wife, in an effort to support a fellow showrunner and continue the relentless campaign,” court documents stated. From harassment.”

Additionally, Lewis claimed that Vanessa’s attorney, Kevin S. Johnson, fabricated emails under fake names because he had an “alleged obsession with Ruelas and RHONJ.” The lawsuit is still ongoing. Yes!

No pizza for you!

There was also a business deal between Joe and Louis that soured, adding more salt to the family’s open wounds. Joe said he came up with the idea for the pizza oven to honor their late father, Giacinto Gorga, known as Nuno. Joe mentioned that Louis had put in some money and thought the work would be split evenly between them. But he claimed that Louis and Teresa stole his idea.

Meanwhile, Teresa claimed that Louis lost his shirt in the fiasco. “My fiancé lost a quarter of a million dollars,” she claimed. Moreover, she said that Lewis put up all the money, and that her brother wanted half of the profits. In other words, we’ll never know exactly what burned this pizza business down.

Are Luis and Teresa having financial problems?

The trailer for RHONJ Season 14 hinted at money and marital problems for both Teresa and Louis. Teresa’s arch enemy, Margaret, claimed that Teresa’s new husband had “spoilt her money.” Am I the only one concerned that Teresa didn’t sign a prenuptial agreement?

In fact, Louis had just taken out a $1 million loan to buy their house. The duo purchased their home in Montville, New Jersey in January 2021. They paid $3,350,000 for the seven-bedroom property.

In March 2024, Lewis received a $1 million loan, and was listed as the “sole member” of the LLC. It is not known how long the couple will have to repay the loan. This lends some credence to the theory that Teresa and Luis needed financial support.
