Lisa Vanderpump buys a Las Vegas mansion worth $5 million

Lisa Vanderpump You’ve just acquired another seven-figure property, this time in Las Vegas. At this point, can anyone deny Lisa’s success? Even with various struggles and lawsuits here and there, Lisa seems unstoppable, for better or worse.

It’s true that Vanderpump Rules is on hiatus. However, Lisa is perfectly content to let the series breathe for a while. As for her other show, season 2 of Vanderpump Villa is on its way. The first season generated enough buzz that Disney decided it wanted more.

Although VPR’s future is uncertain, Lisa has a lot to work on outside of television. So, with all this growing success, why not spend a big buck on some new digs?

On October 14, TMZ revealed that Lisa spent nearly $5 million on a new home in Las Vegas. She allegedly toured the new property just days after production wrapped on Vanderpump Villa Season 2. Three days after the tour, Lisa closed on the house. Sources told TMZ that Lisa has already settled into the mansion and decorated it to her taste.

Set on a golf course, the property has its own huge pool and views of the surrounding desert. Lisa decided to purchase this pillow for her famous Beverly Hills estate, Villa Rosa. Maintaining both properties meant multiple plane trips back and forth between California and Nevada.

It’s safe to say that Lisa’s recent time in Las Vegas was as much work as it was fun. Next month, Lisa will open her third Vegas boutique — Pinky’s by Vanderpump — at Flamingo Las Vegas. Lisa’s latest real estate acquisition also comes after the recent sale of an apartment. Once her son was out of the space, Lisa sold her West Hollywood condo after a series of liens.

Vanderpump Rules streams on Peacock while Vanderpump Villa streams on Hulu.
