It’s been about a year and a half since the Don’t Be Tardy graduates became… Kim Zolciak and spherical birman The couple filed for divorce. And the chaos has continued ever since. Aside from their frequent family feuds, they are also facing insurmountable financial problems that largely center around one thing: their massive home in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Since putting their home on the market for $6 million in October 2023, the couple has dropped the price several times. Despite dropping the price dramatically to $3.95 million, they have yet to find a buyer.

Now that the house is up for foreclosure next month, Kroy wants to do everything he can to sell it. But he says Kim has been standing in his way. Now Kroy wants a judge to let him sell the house without Kim’s permission.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Kroy recently asked a judge to allow him to force Kim to sell the home. He wants to do so without Kim’s consent before the home is seized from under their feet next month.

As Crowe has done before, he highlighted Kim’s irresponsible spending habits. “Her cries for poverty are falling on deaf ears,” he said. He claimed she still goes out almost every night, gambles, buys expensive wine and clothes, and gets plastic surgery. The money she spends on her surreal lifestyle is surely gone forever.

Kroy says that since there are no buyers at the $3.95 million price tag for the house, he may consider lower offers. He says Kim turned down an offer of $3.5 million. According to Kroy, she won’t accept anything less than $3.85 million.

The house has a $1.32 million lien on it from the IRS. Kim and Kroy owe $2.2 million on their mortgage, and there’s another $250,000 lien on the home’s equity line of credit. There are also three lawyers’ liens. Oh my. Doctors say Kim’s logic is that anything less than $3.5 million won’t cover all the debt and leave her with enough money to buy her own house, so she’s not budging.

Kroy’s name is on the mortgage, so he’s worried about how his credit will be affected if/when the bank takes the house, possibly as soon as next month. He’s asking to have Kim removed from the decision-making process so he can sell the house at a price he sees fit. He’s also asking for an emergency hearing before any potential buyer decides to pull out.

Whoever buys the house better have a big budget for the wise to get rid of negative energy!
