Kroy Berman’s lawyer responds to Kim Zolchak’s claims he doesn’t pay bills

Kroy has asked the court to grant him the power to sell the home. He claims she has rejected the offers and continues to rack up expenses.
Furthermore, Kroy claimed that he had been forced to pay a lot of money. Soon, Kim was met with paparazzi. As the news spread in her mind, she said that Kroy had not paid for “a single thing” in the house. “He did not pay a single bill in that house. He paid two electric bills. Not cable, not water, not phone, not anything.”
Kim then insisted that she doesn’t spend her money on anything. When asked about the reports of partying, Kim replied, “I don’t go out. I have four kids at home.” It’s understandable that Kroy wouldn’t ignore all of this.

Shortly after the story broke, Kroy’s attorney contacted Us Weekly. Kroy’s attorney, Marlis A. Bergstrom, confirmed Kroy’s claims that Kim refused to sell the home for less than its actual price. “At the end of the day, a home is worth what someone is willing to pay for it… not what it’s worth,” Bergstrom said.
“If Kim is waiting to get $5.5 million for a house that is about to go into foreclosure, she will be waiting a very long time.” Bergstrom further offered the following criticism: “I find it ironic that this interview was conducted at LAX. Who is watching the kids? The answer is Kroy. He is in Georgia working 40+ hours a week, taking care of the kids and trying to sell the marital home so the family can avoid foreclosure.”
Bergstrom made a good point. Kim had her reasons for being in Los Angeles, and some of those reasons were likely justified. But it didn’t sit well with her as she was trying to denounce accusations of partying amid her divorce and financial woes. However, Bergstrom didn’t explicitly mention that Kroy was in a relationship. He is Paying bills.
