Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann postpone home foreclosure

Somehow, they’ve done it again. Kim Zolciak And Croy Berman They were able to keep their home out of foreclosure. Real Housewives of Atlanta alumni have to thank their lucky stars. Their mortgage, Truist Bank, had been pursuing them for months trying to start the foreclosure process.

Victory for Berman

This foreclosure saga has been going on for a minute. The fact that they managed to preserve the house for so long is nothing short of a miracle. It all started in 2023 when the bank gave them a heads up that they would be foreclosing on the house on November 7, 2023.

Meanwhile, Kim and Kroy have put the house up for sale, hoping that a buyer with very specific tastes will part with $6 million for their home. That would be enough to get the estranged couple out of some of the hot water they found themselves in, but no one wanted to buy. They were forced to lower the price to $4.5 million and begged the bank for more time to make the sale.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the bank agreed to delay the foreclosure for 90 days. They’re not out of the woods yet. They have until August 26, 2024 to sell the house. Otherwise, the bank can return to foreclosure proceedings.

This extension is allegedly the last straw for Kim and Kroy. The court order specifically states that if they do not sell the home by the deadline, they cannot appeal the foreclosure decision. The bank will tow the house away and move on once and for all.

So, if you know anyone looking for a gently used mansion in Atlanta, send them to Kim. It is desperately looking for a buyer by the end of the summer.
