Kim and Kyle Richards are ‘torn’ after ‘breaking point’
We’ve almost gone an entire year without any discord between the Richards sisters. Just when Kyle Richards Kathy Hilton rekindled their relationship, and now Kyle is in the process of breaking up Kim Richards. It’s as if the three of them are cursed to never be on the same page at the same time.
Kyle Richards is in another stalemate with Kim
The recent feud between Kim and Kyle is allegedly due to Kim’s apparent setback. Word on the street is that their relationship has once again reached a “breaking point.”
A source close to the sisters explained to People how Kim’s alcoholism has been a “constant source of conflict” between the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills sisters. In particular, insiders indicated that Kyle was having a hard time dealing with the matter.
“It’s taking a particular toll on Kyle, who has always been a source of worry for the family,” the source said.
They continued, “She does her best to care for Kim — and essentially finances Kim’s life with Kathy — but she never knows where the line goes between helping and enabling.”
Earlier this month, Kim was reportedly checked into a mental facility, and despite some of her struggles previously aired on RHOBH, they’re trying to keep her latest relapse under wraps. So far, these efforts are not going well.
“The family is very private about the details, but from the little they’ve said, it’s clear they’ve reached another breaking point with her,” the source explained.
“It’s the same cycle: chaos until an incident gets Kim back on track, then a brief stability while they repair their relationship, then the drinking starts again, Kim makes excuses, Kyle begs for help, etc., etc..” The source continued.
After Kim’s latest incident, the family tries to change their approach by cutting off contact. However, this decision reportedly left Kyle in a difficult position. The source noted that she is “torn over everything” and feels conflicted about the best path forward.
“She has the biggest heart,” the insider said of Kyle. “She loves her sister very much, and always will, but she doesn’t know what else to do.”
