Katie Maloney Unsure About Vanderpump Rules Future: ‘Strange Times’

Vanderpump Rules Bravo is in an uncertain time after its dramatic Season 11 reunion. It’s unclear who, if anyone, will return. Bravo also put the series on hiatus to let the drama breathe before filming Season 12. Still, fans of the network tend to get a little nervous when they hear the word “hiatus” about their favorite shows.

Katie Maloney Katy was one of the few Pump Rules stars who didn’t embarrass herself at the reunion. Katy stuck by her friend and business partner Ariana Madix through and through. Lala Kent and Shayna Shay couldn’t say the same. While fans have spent a lot of time wondering about the future of VPR, it seems some cast members are thinking the same thing.

Katie is ready for a break.

Katie recently appeared on the Not Skinny but Not Fat podcast to talk about the future of the show she’s been involved with since the beginning. She admitted that she has no idea what’s next from a production standpoint. “Nobody has any idea at this point. These are strange times,” Katie said.

Despite the uncertainty, Katie is preparing for her first summer without filming in over a decade. “It’s really nice to have so much time to really focus on [sandwich] “Shopping, especially at first, and maybe taking a trip—just take your time, really,” Katie said. Go girl, enjoy this vacation.

Katie believes most of her cast mates are “relaxed” about taking a break. “I’m not going to worry until it’s time to worry,” Katie said of VPR’s future. “And I don’t feel like it’s time to worry.” While some fans may disagree, it’s good to hear that Katie isn’t upset about taking a break.
