Kandi Burruss Reacts To Kenya Moore Leaving RHOA
Kandi Burruss She made it clear that she is a team Kenya Moore. Even after Kenya’s membership was suspended The Real Housewives of Atlanta. This has not changed with Kenya announcing that it will leave the franchise.
The former Miss USA has been accused of sharing pornographic images of aspiring model Brittany Eddy during a photo event. While Kenya denied the allegation, Bravo launched an investigation and punished Kenya with an indefinite suspension.
Now Kandi is sharing her thoughts on her friend’s exit.
“End of an era”
During a live broadcast on Amazon, Kandi said: “I wasn’t there. I can’t give you any details about what happened, but it saddens me. I don’t lie about how I feel because she’s my friend, and I love her. I don’t know the other young lady, so it’s not against her.
“Kenya, I know she tries her hardest sometimes and I understand that,” the Grammy winner continued. But I’ve never known her to make anything up about anyone. And if there are things about you, when you join a reality show, people can look back on things that you’ve done and share them, and they don’t say it’s always a good thing to do or it’s a great thing to do, but it happens. And I hate that because of the situation, they decided to break up or something.
Candy added: “And I felt like there was nothing else we could do? “I feel like Kenya is a major part of the show and I feel like it’s the end of an era,” Kandi added. “I think she was one of those people who made sure people talked about what they needed to talk about. Now that she’s gone, I just want to see how it goes.”
Kenya speaks
Following allegations that Kenya showed a poster of Brittany engaging in a sex act, Kenya immediately refuted the claim.
Regardless of her denial, Kenya suddenly announced on Instagram that she was leaving the franchise.
In a post showing her young daughter on the beach, Kenya wrote: “Thank you for all the support #teamtwirl. My heart is full and my conscience is clear. There are so many false claims hiding behind anonymous sources. All this conversation and no facts being reported. If the claim or source is true, do they need to hide?”
She concluded by saying, “***The rumors and stories about me randomly showing nudes or retaliation are 1000% untrue. I have a guide and will share it soon.
