Julianne Hough shows off her fit figure while exercising "Sauna stretching"

Julianne Hough She turned up the heat with her latest fitness moves.

the Dancing with the stars The host showed off her fit figure in a brown bikini as she worked up a sweat in the sauna at Six Senses Spa in Ibiza. But instead of sitting idly by for her therapeutic treatment, Julianne decided to do some stretching.

She captioned her Instagram video on June 7, “Six Senses Sizzling Sauna Streaches [sic]” with Tommy RichmanPlay the song “Million Dollar Baby”.

In the short clip, the 35-year-old performs a variety of Pilates and yoga exercises, including side bends and downward dog extensions.

Julianne’s invigorating sauna session was no surprise. After all, she recently discussed why she stays active no matter the occasion.

“The movement in general,” she exclusively told E! March News, “Whether it’s 10 minutes or five minutes of something, I have to move my body.”
