After 15 seasons, you have to keep things fresh. People reports that Josh and Heather revealed what’s next and why they’re two of the best players in real estate.

“It’s always going to be new because it’s real and it’s the market and what we’re dealing with, but also on the personal side,” Josh said of the current season, noting that the market and friendships will be tested this season.

“There will be some turmoil. Some of our relationships that gradually improved, are now better, but they have deteriorated,” he added. “It’s always back and forth between Altman and Josh Flagg, right?

Speaking about Flagg, Josh said: “Our friendship is always a moving target. For many years, things were going bad for a while and then they started to get a little better… so it will be interesting to see how things go this season and if the roots of our friendship are strong enough to keep us going.” We’re all rooting for you!

Heather also gave an update on Flagg and Tracy Tutor, whose relationship was rocky last season. She compared them to the sitcom Will and Grace. Heather joked, “Will on Will and Grace wasn’t as demanding or demanding. So Tracy would have a bad knee, but their dysfunctional relationship works for them.”

When it comes to their personal lives, Heather and Josh try to find a healthy balance between work and family life. “I think the key to that is being able to step outside the box, outside of the crazy stressful environment that we live in nonstop, even for a little while,” Josh said. Heather added that they spend quality time as a family, which means no phones. Amen to that.

Ultimately, this show stands out because it lets you see how deals work. “We are real real estate agents on our show…we have real properties that are actually being sold and deals are being made,” Heather noted. “Nothing against other shows…that are more about a Sex and the City kind of atmosphere than the actual negotiations and knowledge and experience behind the deal.”

“Ultimately, we have four stars on the show who are known to be some of the best players in the game,” Heather concluded. “I know no other show has that.”
