Joel Kim Booster says Shannon Beador treats people ‘subhuman’
During Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Star Shannon Beador Driving the struggle bus. She is trying to deal with the repercussions of her DUI. In addition, her ex-boyfriend is dating her co-star Alexis Bellino and is simultaneously suing her for $75,000. Her ex-husband John Janssen claimed she borrowed money to get plastic surgery. So, when news broke that Shannon was part of a new dating show on Peacock, I hoped Shannon would find love again. Instead, the host and comedian Joel Kim Poster Shannon was allegedly very difficult on set.
Joel Kim Poster called Shannon Beador a “pathetic drunk.”
Bravo Fans were thrilled to learn that eligible bachelorettes Shannon and Luann de Lesseps, Ashley Darby and Gizelle Bryant were cast on the dating show. The show has the working title Love Hotel and was filmed in Cabo San Lucas. But Joel wasn’t happy with Shannon’s behavior.
Queens of Bravo shared Joel’s posts from his Instagram Stories. The posts have since been deleted. “Just because you’re a pathetic drunk on a reality TV show known for a string of failed relationships and a DUI, doesn’t make you a star or give you license to treat the people you work with like they’re subhuman. Period,” he wrote. “They’ll ask me to delete this, but DM me if you want to watch the videos.”
Joel then posted a follow-up. “Well, that was quick,” he posted, apparently indicating that he had been asked to remove the post. “Anyway. Don’t regret it. We hope you screenshot it.” He added: “I hope you suffer.” Finally, Joel wrote: “Well, let’s just say I can’t imagine what John Janssen went through. Poor guy.” I’m sure John would probably like his involvement by now. What the hell did Shannon do? I can’t imagine.
Joel continued hitting Shannon
But Joel wasn’t finished! He then reportedly took to Instagram Live to continue allegedly attacking Shannon. @bravohistorian reported, “He went live and cooked Shannon Beador, like he was roasting her, cutting her up, and serving her for breakfast. She said she was horrible the entire three weeks, humiliated the crew, was horrible to him, and was terrible to someone he truly loved.” At the wrapping party just a few hours ago whoa.
The fan account added: “And he confronted her and said: ‘Do you think you’re a star? People don’t like you, they pity you.’ Then he said: ‘Girls are just as bad.’ Great.”
I was startled by the venom in his screams. While RHOC fans were upset that Tamra was mean to Shannon, this is a whole other level. Of course, we don’t have Shannon’s side of the story…yet.
Love Hotel does not have a premiere date yet. The Real Housewives of Orange County airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
