In the end, one contestant will remain, winning the title of “Greatest Reality TV Star of All Time” and taking home $200,000. However, based on the preview for this week’s episode, Jill may be out of the running for good.

A sneak peek (obtained by Us Weekly) of this week’s episode of The GOAT showed JIll having a scary moment as she begged producers for professional help. “Can you help me? I need injections,” she said after explaining that she had pulled a muscle in her back. “Find me a doctor who will come here and give me cortisone injections because my back is having a spasm. in a bad manner.”

“I’m in so much pain right now. I bent down to put the shoe on, and I heard a crack,” she said in her confessional interview. “This has happened before, and it literally knocked me out for two weeks.”

“This could take me out of the game physically. I have to fix that today.”

The Bachelor’s Joe Amabile expressed his concern about Rooney’s former star. “What if we got you, like, crutches?” He asked her. “No. I can’t do with crutches. I either walk or I don’t walk,” answered Jill.

Later, in his confessional, Joe discussed what Gil’s absence might mean for his game.

“What are we going to do with Jill? Jill can’t get out of bed, which is not good because we don’t want Jill to be eliminated,” he told the producers. “We need everyone to play; Otherwise, it increases the chances of Wendell withdrawing into himself. We have to find her a doctor, and we have to find her fast.
