Jessica Biel shares a rare update on her 9-year-old son Silas

When Silas reached this point, Jessica shared her thoughts on the conversations about puberty they were starting to have.

“We talk a lot about how his body has changed a lot and he’s struggling with that,” the 42-year-old continued. “He’s got growing pains. He’s having trouble sleeping. He’ll wake up in the middle of the night. His legs hurt. His back hurts. He, you know, he looks different, doesn’t he?”

Jessica confirmed that she and Justin, 43, were keen to discuss these changes, adding: “We’re talking about deodorant. We’re talking about the hormones in our bodies and why we smell differently, and so we’re in it and we’re on the verge of all the big conversations I think.”
