Jennifer Pedrante returns to court to examine William’s financial situation
Jennifer Pedrante and William Pedrante At odds again. Just months after reaching an agreement to settle their divorce, the former couple are set to return to divorce court.
In July 2024, Jennifer and William finalized their divorce. The Real Housewives of Orange County star achieved a comfortable financial settlement and the situation looked like a win for the reality TV star. However, this latest batch of court filings suggests that the turmoil is far from over.
Jennifer Pedrante’s trial date is set for October 21
According to statements the RHOC star made in a recent interview with Jeff Lewis, William has not made his payments.
Now, In Touch is exclusively reporting that Jennifer wants her ex-husband back in court for financial discovery. It also wants to “implement a financial ruling.”
Judge Julie Palafox set a court date for October 21 at 8:30 a.m. after signing the order earlier this week. According to the court, William will appear in person in preparation to pay the money owed.
“If you fail to appear at the time and place specified in this order, you may be arrested and held in contempt of court, and the court may enter an order requiring you to pay reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by the judgment creditor in the notice of this action,” the notice warned of this action.
According to the settlement reached as of July, the parents shared joint legal and physical custody of Dawson, Grayson, Everly, and Dominic. William was to pay $4,674 a month in child support.
Additionally, Jennifer was to receive $1,735 a month in spousal support as long as she remained single.
William was to pay Bravolebrity $267,811 “in order to equalize the division of the community’s assets and debts.” Jennifer kept her shares in her company, Devi Rebel Yoga, as well as the contents of her bank accounts. The net proceeds from the sale of their previous home, totaling $535,000, were seized by William.
William and his legal team have not yet responded to the new legal developments.
