It seemed like it was finally over when her prison sentence began, though her name will pop up from time to time in the Real Housewives universe. However, Jen didn’t work alone in her criminal enterprise. Her No. 1 assistant Stuart Smith He was also accused of being involved in Jane’s crimes. If you remember, Stewart ended up turning on Jane in her case. In the end, it ended up influencing her guilty plea. While Jane was behind bars, Stewart was still technically a free man. Attorney Ronald Richards, who has a particular interest in Real Housewives legal news, announced on social media that Stewart is scheduled to be sentenced on October 17. “The judge just released this. The files have been secret for years,” Ronald wrote on X alongside a screenshot of the court documents.

Stewart’s sentencing, which was announced on July 11, is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on October 17. It’s unclear whether he will receive any of the six-and-a-half-year sentence that Jane received, but we’ll find out this fall. As Jane works to reduce her sentence, she’ll likely be as interested in Stewart’s fate as the rest of us, if not more so.
