How RHOC’s Heather and Alexis Are Creating Acceptance for Their LGBT Kids

Heather Dubrow and Alexis Bellino They are on a mission to create a better world for all their children, regardless of their sexual or gender identity.

The Real Housewives of Orange County The stars expressed their support for their LGBTQIA+ children during the episode of the Bravo TV series that aired on September 19.

“Each of my three children is trying to find their own way in this world,” Alexis, mother of a transgender son Miles16, plus son JamesMy daughter is 17 and 16 Makina—I shared in my confession. “I am here to create a loving, kind, and accepting world for everyone in my family.”

The co-stars even reunited for the 2024 GLAAD Media Awards where Heather presented an award.

“My relationship with GLAAD went back many years before my first child was recognized in the community,” Heather — who shares 20-year-old twins Top and Nick Besides Cat17, and witty13 years old, with her husband Terry DuBrow“To be asked to do a show is such an honor,” he explained in his confessional. “GLAAD has one of the biggest platforms in the LGBTQIA+ community, and because Terry and I support the work that GLAAD does, it makes me feel like I’m making a difference and that I’m on the right track.”
