How does Kourtney Kardashian keep her “vagina intact” after giving birth?

But that’s not the only advice Kourtney is considering.

“And they say that to keep your vagina healthy, you shouldn’t jump or run for six months,” she continued.

What is the meaning of keeping it intact?

“Well, you could have a prolapse,” Kourtney noted in her confessional, “and that’s where your vagina can prolapse, I guess. Supposedly there are things you can do to keep it there.”
