This reality show will be their first big appearance as a family, and she wants to look his best. So, Hilaria has been putting her mind to a very strict diet and exercise routine. It sounds like fun. However, I’m sure Alec is up for the challenge. Although he probably thinks the whole situation isn’t good.

The couple has had their share of non-workout drama lately. Hilaria was accused of imitating Dorit Kemsley and pretending to speak with a Spanish accent. Unfortunately, rumors that she was joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills turned out to be false because she was just getting used to the show!
Alec was recently in court over a tragic on-set death where a cinematographer died from being shot with a loaded gun. He must have been relieved that the case against him was recently dismissed due to a technical error.
There’s definitely a lot of ground to cover on their show. And Hilaria wants Alec to be camera-ready. In Touch Weekly reports on what Hilaria has been doing for Alec to get back in shape. “She’s a strength trainer and has him waking up at dawn to do yoga, strength training, brisk walks on the treadmill, and ab exercises to control his bowels,” their source said.
Then there’s the small matter of his diet. They say that “Hilaria controls the details of his diet as well, and he is not allowed to add any sweets, not even sugar to his coffee.” And Alec is not happy about that. They add:[Alec] He wishes he could eat, take a nap, and put his feet up, but no such luck as Hilaria watches him like a hawk.
“He’s let himself go in recent years, and with the horrific trial that he’s had behind him, there are no more excuses,” the source said. Judgy MacJudgerson here! They added: “He can’t go on TV looking like a sack of potatoes, Hilaria won’t accept that.” It sounds like a happy marriage to me. We’ll see it all unfold on TV sometime in 2025.
