Heather Rae El Moussa Suggests She Was Contacted For RHOC

At least once a month, a random celebrity comes forward claiming that Bravo has approached them to be part of a show. Most of these stories seem far-fetched, but this one actually makes sense. Heather Rae El Moussa Teases Possible 'Real Housewives of Orange County' Appearance

The former HGTV and Selling Sunset star shared casting details during a chat with Us Weekly. It seems she already has connections to the cast thanks to her friendships with Heather Dubrow and Gretchen Rossi. With that in mind, Heather said Bravo producers reached out to her to gauge her interest in the show.

As great as this is for Selling Sunset fans, Heather has made it very clear that RHOC is not in her options at the moment. She turned down the opportunity, and it seems like the decision was an easy one.

“Well, you know, they probably reached out to me and I’m really busy right now,” Heather said. “This isn’t the place in my life to be doing that.”

According to Heather, she is very busy with her shows on HGTV. She has a new show coming soon with Tarek El Moussa and his ex-wife Christina Hall.

Anyway, Heather said she prefers the drama-free nature of her HGTV shows. You’d be hard-pressed to find any booze-throwing lawsuits or frivolous makeovers on that network. They keep it classy there.

“I love being able to shoot with my husband and be drama-free, but the drama is with the houses and maybe Christina now,” Heather joked. “I love [being] “Drama-free. Selling Sunset was a big deal for me, so it’s nice to be able to enjoy what I’m doing.”
