Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon asked for reconsideration

The battle of blondes continues between… Giselle Bryant, Robin Dixonand Eminem. The stars of The Real Housewives of Potomac tried to trademark the name of their podcast, “Reasonously Shady.” However, today’s rapper did not say, he is the real shadow killer. It was also recently ruled that Eminem will not have to be taken to court in the matter. But Gisele and Robyn were inspired by Eminem’s song “Won’t Back Down” and filed a motion for reconsideration to get it into the courtroom.

Eminem was on his way to victory regarding the “Reasonously Shady” trademark battle when it was ruled that he would not have to be impeached. The best the ladies will get is his manager, Paul Rosenberg. Although the battle was long for the duo, they did not give up. Gisele and Robyn try again to convince Eminem to sit down and testify.

In Touch Weekly reported the details of its request for reconsideration. Their reasoning for the request was that it was “crucial.” They said: Mr. Mathers’ filing is crucial in determining ownership, validity of rights and state of mind regarding goodwill, along with issues of actual confusion and current usage.

They continued: “With the limit [Gizelle and Robyn] Resorting to the deposit of a third party witness only, not the witness [Eminem] itself, and is then forced to respond to a motion for summary judgment where a number of facts will remain in dispute because [Gizelle and Robyn] They did not have the opportunity to dismiss [Eminem], [Gizelle and Robyn] He will be denied the opportunity to present his full defence [Eminem’s] “Premature move.”

During their first tour, their request to fire Eminem was denied. It was reported that they “failed to prove that Eminem’s deposition,” rather than (or in addition to) Mr. Rosenberg’s deposition, was necessary to answer the motion for summary judgment, particularly given that Mr. Rosenberg, not [Eminem]provided the declaration supports the proposal.”

It will be interesting to see if any of this will be covered in the next season of RHOP.
